The terms and conditions apply to all use of storagemaker.co.uk and all transactions for the sale of goods on storagemaker.co.uk. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

 

www.Storagemaker.co uk is owned and operated by PB National Products Ltd  (we/us) PB National Products Ltd is registered in England and Wales under the company registered 03091169 and our registered office is at 12  Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. DE13 9PD.

We believe that we have exceptional products and a great customer service policy in a world where the cult of mediocrity prevails.  Many of our products carry 5-10 year guarantees and we will be delighted to honor these guarantees in the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

We offer delivery anywhere throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.  Stock permitting, most orders can be delivered within 3-5 working days, however please allow 28 days for delivery as we occasionally run out of some of our innovative and popular storage items.

If you do live outside the UK, you can still place an order for delivery within the UK.  Alternatively we are happy to deliver overseas but please call us on 0800 840 4066 to discuss your order as delivery charges will vary.

 

Within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) our standard mainland delivery is included within the price for all orders over £90.00 in value. A fee of £8.95 handling charges apply to purchases less than £90.00 in value. If you're in a hurry please call us on 0800 840 4066 and we can arrange a next-day or Saturday service. We cannot deliver to PO Box address and please remember, our deliveries do require a signature.

We trust our couriers to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. When receiving deliveries please check for damage . If there is visible damage please sign and write "outer damaged" below your signature.  If you have a moment to open the parcel and check the contents

To Exchange or Return an Item

We will refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will return the cost of transportation or postage on any item proven to be defective after inspection. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage/transportation.

In these cases all items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. Please return your goods to us yourself or call Storagemaker on 0800 840 4066 and we will arrange collection. All returns should be sent to:

Other Terms & Conditions

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of www.storagemaker.co.uk, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law PB National Products Ltd. disclaim all warranties; expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on www.storagemaker.co.uk and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

PB National Products Ltd has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC's and VDU's reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not yet possible.  When you order products from the www.storagemaker.co.uk , colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible, however sometimes product sizes do vary slightly. We may periodically offer discounts, promotions or 'sale prices' using checkout codes or clearly marked reductions to the normal price. Such discounts apply only to existing stock and may be withdrawn at our discretion without notice. Current discounts and promotions can only be applied singly, two or more discounts may not be used for the same purchase.

PB National Products Ltd. shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

PB National Products Ltd validates the order and credit or debit card details submitted to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. 

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and the details of the goods you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, we accept your order 7days after the date of order or when the goods are delivered , whichever is earlier.

PB National Products Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

PB National Products Ltd has taken care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices include VAT where appropriate.  All sales to the mainland UK are subject to VAT at 17.5%, which is included in the prices shown in the online catalogue.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
