Within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) our standard mainland delivery scale of charges apply which will automatically be added to the product totals at the check out.
If you're in a hurry please call us on 0800 840 4066 and we can arrange a next-day or Saturday service. We cannot deliver to PO Box address and please remember, our deliveries do require a signature.
Payment
PB National Products Ltd validates the order and credit or debit card details submitted to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and the details of the goods you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, we accept your order 7days after the date of order or when the goods are delivered , whichever is earlier. |
